Welcome to Shepherd Park Jack Russell Terriers. We are a registered kennel and are active members of the JRTCA (Jack Russell Terrier Club of America) We have been working, showing, and breeding these great little dogs since 2018 even though I have owned the breed for over 20years. We strive for the ultimate athletic terrier that is naturally flexible, Intelligent enough to do his job, yet are beloved companions. Shepherd Park terriers meet strict standards of the JRTCA.

We take the responsibility of breeding very seriously at Shepherd Park.  Any terrier entering our breeding program has been carefully selected for natural working ability, correct conformation, and steady temperament. They must have proven these attributes in the hunt field, in the show ring, and in our home.   All of our terriers are DNA tested for Primary Lens Luxation, (PLL), Spinocerebellar Ataxia, (SCA), and Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). They are also evaluated annually by a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist for the Canine Eye Registration Foundation, (CERF), and each has been tested and is normal for Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER).  All of our tested terriers have been added to the Jack Russell Terrier Health Registry.
